Berlin Science Hack Day has their monthly meeting at Art Laboratory Berlin, where they have a tour of the ongoing exhibition The Other Selves. On the Phenomenon of the Microbiome. After a tour by the curators and Tarsh Bates, one of the artists, they sample some very special bread. Afterwards presentation at 'Relais de Savanne' next door at Prinzenallee 33.

Edible art by Tarsh Bates
Artisanal organic whet baguettes - This bread as leavened with Fresh yeast including Saccharomyces cerevisae (baker's yeast) and Candida parapsilosis. The bread was baked at 210 C for 20 Minutes. All yeasts were killed during the baking, so if you choose to consume the bread, you are not at risk of infection from the leavening process. -Tarsh Bates
